Ours products can be shipped all over India.
Products are shipped by reputed courier companies including DTDC professional and postal to ensure safe and fast delivery.
Products will be Delivered within 3-6 working days for metro cities and 5- 9 working days for rest of the India.
Within 48 hrs product will be dispatched if stock is available In case stock is not available we will inform you by mail about the availability of the product within 2-3 days.
If any delay in delivery caused by the courier company or India Post in such case we will not be responsible
In any case, if the product is damaged or defective, damaged please contact us within 2 Days of delivery otherwise no return or refund claims will be considered
If there is a problem with working of the product please contact us along with the testing proof of the product received from us, refund claims will be considered only with testing proof.
Shipping charges will be extra depending on the weight and quantity of a product and it will be displayed automatically when you order the product.
During reverse Pickup, the product will be verified by the courier person and if it is found defective then only a return policy will be initiated Shipping Label of the courier will be sent to customer’s email id and Label should be pasted on the box with the original packing.
In particular, the product is mentioned on the information pages that only returns and warranties will be considered
Cancellation will not be considered if once order is confirmed
In any case if order is ready and customer don’t accept, receive , collect the courier or if customer return the courier in such case shipping charges and return charges will be deducted from the prepaid amount and rest amount will be refund back only after evaluating the issue.
If order is cancelled our end due to any reason then in such case full amount will be refund back to your account or card whichever is applicable within 10 working days. Due to certain reason if order is failed or cancelled and money gets deducted from your account, then your paid amount will be refund back to your card or account whichever is applicable
